To own melancholy

Stand by him near
And we would hear
The high rise
And surprise
Of his heavenly melody

Some bear the burden
In so close a silence
Let us then not question
And listen, give them option
To keep or go the distance

But we must trust
They will come back to us
And chance upon
A solution
Not foregone

Feel free
Like she
To act out of fear

The insecurities
Come from uncertainties
Yet that mighty voice
Though chocked with tears
Is still music to my ears

Some conquer and divide
For the ache deep down inside
Let them not be denied
A friend, a helping hand
And in this we could take pride

For we now know
How to make love grow
And by real compassion
Not false assumption
Nor cruel deception

Feel free
Like me
To disregard advice

The unique limericks
Or plainly difficult lyrics
Reveal the sadness
And so much madness
In the tune, tempo of my life

Some choose to lose
The loneliness and blues
They instead accept
The light that shines so bright
From the moon and stars at night

For we have wealth
In knowledge, faith and good health
Though fantasy always plays
All the chaos fades
And yet hope stays

Feel free
Like we
To soldier on and on

The process seems long
But the message is strong
In an undying beat
And ambitious feat
That inspire our resonant song

Some see it through
Yet to themselves stay true
Say with us a little prayer
And to not be led astray
For the end sounds so far away

And we understand
The opportunity, the consequence
But the choice is rather obvious
To stay the same or
Make a difference
